About The Position
Falcon Brands is seeking motivated Full-Time Brand Ambassadors all over the state of CA. Our BA's play a key role in representing our brands positively and building relationships with budtenders, clients and consumers.
The Falcon Brand Ambassador provides education on our products to budtenders & customers as well as build brand awareness & brand affinity of the Falcon portfolio at retail and events. This position supports both the Marketing and Sales team to increase brand visibility, activation, and industry trade events. This is an exciting growth-oriented opportunity to build upon your cannabis industry knowledge, professional sales and customer service experience while learning and/or expanding your knowledge of the licensed Cannabis industry. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with our team and business partners to drive and support all marketing and sales initiatives through best-in-class implementation of retail events, product training's and trade engagement programs (i.e. patient appreciation days, etc.)
  • Act as the “face of the brand” within your territory representing the brand and our company in a positive and professional manner at retail events, outside events, and on social media.
  • Maintain high level of product and brand knowledge to be clearly communicated to retail  partners and to consumers.
  • Activate retail accounts within a set territory, including staff training's, incentive and sales promotions, events, and product displays.
  • Gather and deliver market insights and competitive intelligence from time spent in field to HQ team and help craft actionable solutions.
  • Consistently monitor account list in collaboration with Sales and Marketing team to ensure adherence to Brand Guidelines at the account level.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts in set territory.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing team to implement best-in-class trade engagement platforms, including education and appreciation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and marketing team to identify account needs, growth opportunities, and quickly bring solutions to the retail channel
  • Utilize creative thinking to set the Falcon brands apart from the competitive set at retail, and win hearts and minds of budtenders, shop owners, buyers and consumers.
  • Consistently and accurately supply weekly territory reports on events, account displays, training's, changes at dispensaries, etc.
  • Must maintain a clean, polished, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Attend weekly webinars, conference calls and annual Conferences
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This role is a field-based and candidates need to provide their own computer, insured and registered transportation, have a valid Driver’s License and be at least 21-years old. 
●      Must have industry experience (preferably at least 1 year)
●      Must have a passion for the cannabis industry & wellness is a plus
●      Must be reliable, responsible, high energy, outgoing
●      Must play an active role on social media
●      Must have a valid driver's license
●      Must be able to lift 30 lbs
●      Must be 21+ years of age
