About The Position
RSP is seeking a talented and motivated social media and community manager responsible for communicating RSP's brand voice across all social media platforms. Ideal Candidate is ambitious, creative, data driven and organized.
A successful candidate will build and execute a social media strategy across all platforms that drives awareness, consideration, purchase and loyalty in the RSP brand and branded products.

In Your Favor
  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong writing, creative and analytical skills
  • Experience with various social media platforms, particularly Instagram  
  • Experience with paid media
  • Familiarity with attribution funnel metrics and campaign performance analysis
  • Agency management experience a plus
Content Strategy and Execution
  • Develop content briefs/calendars/outlines that drive awareness, trial, purchase and retention among RSP’s key customers
  • Create, edit, and execute beautiful, high-quality content (photo and video) on social media platforms
  • Develop social strategy and long term goals
  • Curate content from other channels and stay on top of trends/news in our industry and in social as a whole 
  • Leverage relevant content/news for RSP social channels
  • Execute regular content across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as described in the content brief
  • Collaborate with merchandising to develop creative campaigns and promotions that drive key business objectives
Community Management
  • Manage and build the social community through activity on:
    • RSP owned channels
    • Influencer channels
    • Relevant industry channels
Analytics
  • Analyze data and draw actionable insights; measure key KPIs against marketing objectives
  • Recommend and leverage social media tools that will enhance our knowledge of our customers, performance and competitors
  • Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness
  • Conduct periodic competitive audits & implement new/reactive plans as needed
Project Management
  • Create action plans for members of social team to ensure that all aspects of the content brief are executed on time, including 
    • Social media content
    • Relevant website content
    • Relevant email content
    • Relevant PR/third-party content (e.g., Bodybuilding.com)
  • Create action plans for members of social team to ensure that all aspects of the content brief are executed on time, including 
  • Consolidate inputs from all members of content marketing into a single content plan each month
  • Submit recommendations to senior management on new marketing initiatives that can drive the business strategy
  • Deliver content briefs/outlines/calendars on time to senior management
  • Collaborate with influencer marketing manager to ensure that influencers are producing content that engages and grows our audience
